Shipping Information

Orders ship in the order that they are received. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received on Friday will ship out on Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Flat rate shipping $4.95. Free shipping is offered for all online orders over $60.00.
• Local pick up is also an option.
• We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Visitor Info Center uses UPS for deliveries. Per UPS guidelines:

• Ground: typically delivered in 1-5 business days

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
